Profile + repair

The entire surface will be profiled to ensure a perfect chemical bond. If cracks in the concrete are present and severe enough, a small grinder will be used to open them up for further reconstruction before our durable mender material is applied. Less severe cracks will not need to be opened, and can simply be filled with our mender material. Our fully restored cracks in the concrete will be flush with the surrounding surface.

Base coat + chip

Because of this, whenever you make the decision to install new Dwan Coating in your home or business, you can rest assured that your flooring is going to be one-of-a-kind. Color chip blends are special effects to make your floor look Great and Last!

Top coat

We start with the vertical surfaces and then brushing the perimeter of the floor itself. The polyaspartic top coat is distributed across the floor through a technique of rolling and squeegeeing. This ensures that no unsightly lines will be left upon completion of the project.

BETWEEN OILS, GREASE, PAINT, AND A NUMBER OF OTHER CONTAMINANTS, YOUR GARAGE FLOOR IS ALWAYS UNDER ASSAULT, AND IF YOU HAVE UNTREATED CONCRETE AS THE SURFACE OF YOUR GARAGE FLOOR, YOU COULD FIND YOURSELF FACING DAMAGES IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
